Is there a real equivalent to Hogwarts in the World?
I don’t think so, yet. But I have thought about parallels between the Harry Potter world and the world of spirituality. I will try to explain a few of the similarities I see. An interesting question to ponder is how the author and self proclaimed non-believer of magic J.K. Rowling included such information in her fictional stories.
Eleven years old is a little young to enroll, a real life Hogwarts would have students from 15 to 70. A real life spiritual school might not have the same concept of a school year. People would show up for a weekend class, or a week or a month. Some students may stay for a year or two and eventually work their way up to instructors. Viewed outwardly the real school might appear normal and plain, but from an energy standpoint, it would be every bit as much unusual and unique as the castle in the books.
The stories contains two worlds, that of muggles and that of wizards. The muggles are blissfully unaware of the wizarding world. Just as our world contains people that operate as red cells and white cells. The red cells are blissfully unaware of the white cell world. While white cells strive to understand how our world works on an energetic level and what is possible.
The real equivalent of fictional magic is the manipulation of energy. It doesn’t work the way the books or the Hollywood movies portray magic. A wand and spoken words aren’t required. And the results aren’t always so instant or so visual. The proper application of energy is what achieves results. And one has to raise their own energy to have energy to use. Proper and consistent meditation will raises one’s energy.
We have a battle going on between the forces of good and evil. I don’t know the name of Lord Voldemort, but the effects of his work are visible. Evil works in opposition to God, seeking to eliminate life. If evil cannot eliminate life, it will attempt to control life, to make life uniform, to prevent growth, to eliminate individuality, creativity, differences. But since evil failed its take-over attempt in World War II, it has been working more quietly, under the radar. A wizard does brief the Prime Minister in one Harry Potter book. That makes me wonder what our President is briefed about, psychically speaking.
Instead of enrolling in Defense Against the Dark Arts, I recommend “High Guard: The Art of Energy Defense“. Since spells don’t really work like the movies, defending yourself against negative energy requires a different way of thinking. You learn to program your energy field to defend itself. Becoming aware of the things that drain your energy, is half the battle in stopping the drain.
