Non-thought is the Secret Key

Regular meditation leads to better physical and mental health.  This has been proven by numerous scientific studies.  The amazing part is the benefits can be achieved in two 20 minute sessions per day.  And it will be the most serene and blissful you feel all day.

 

As I practiced meditation, I created more harmony in my life.  Meditation became a regular part of my existence.  As I continued along the way I found something more, something that deserves to be shared.

 

Buddhists and Hindus speak of a state of consciousness called non-thought.  My experiences have convinced me the meaning of the words non-thought has been lost.  It does not mean to have no thoughts.  It means to set aside your regular thinking so that another way of thinking can step forward.

 

With a reasonable effort, we all have the capability to learn to reach deep and powerful states of mind.  This is a place where intelligence and intuition merge; where the speed of though increases and miraculous things are possible.  I believe groups practicing this skill have the power to transform the individuals involved, as well as society around them.

 

Our world is starting to enter a period of profound change.  The writing is on the wall.  Will humanity see the changes and transform itself?  Or will we try to maintain the status quo until the moment and let the chips fall where they may.  The end result depends on us.
