Ten things I would tell myself 4 years ago if I could? Even though I know I wouldn’t listen.
Faith – Eric tells us not to have faith but the seek experiences. That is so you learn to have faith. The sooner you give up the questioning attitude and have faith, the sooner you will achieve what you were meant to do. It is not “seeing is believing but believing is seeing.”
Patience – Don’t be in a hurry to advance to higher modules. It can do more harm that good. “Sometimes slower is faster.”
Basics – Build your house on a strong foundation. Practice auras, energy movements and the brain wiggle. Everyday for 4 months would be good. “Wax on, wax off.”
Focus – A short focused session of 25 minutes can be more effective than several hours. “Quality over quantity.”
Balance – Pick three things that are important in your life. No more. Remove the other distractions. Create a balance between these things. Too much spirituality can be just as much a trap as too little. It’s hard to do what you are supposed to if you don’t nourish a love for this dimension and everything in it.
Curiosity – Too much intellectual curiosity will hold you back. Set that aside for now. Wait until you have the capacity to find the answers. Seek experiences instead.
Others – Eric is the gold standard. All other material has flaws, either large or small. Don’t waste time with it. Learn what Eric is interested in and why he is interested in it.
Pills – Take the magnetic pill if you can afford it.
Judgment – Don’t judge your own progress harshly. Just finding HBI is progress many white cells haven’t made yet. As you climb, frequently turn around and admire how far you have come.
Surrender – Remove all your expectations. Nothing is what you think it is. Don’t think about what you are trying to accomplish. Just “stand in the rain and you will get wet.” Don’t make your inner navigator work so hard. Get your thoughts out of the way and let the process work.
