They are always so full of information about ourselves, our emotions especially, not to mention the assimilation of understanding that is being imparted to those of us who are actively on the HB path. I can't stress enough how much can be gained by journaling and just thinking about the detail of what appears to be just an ordinary mundane dream. Not so! I've spent years contemplating one or two dreams that have made an impression on me in this life - and still to this day new knowledge about myself and the reality of the experience is revealed.
