Last night in my dream I was working on the outline for a lecture I plan to use in the future about all the ways we affect Gaia and ways Gaia affects us. Then someone I know from the internet showed up and asked me a question. I can’t tell you for sure if this person’s consciousness was really present in my dream or not. I have never got a “lock” on this person’s frequency before. Perhaps if I “acquired” this person’s frequency, I could go back and scan my dream for their frequency to see if it was really there. But I don’t think whether or not this person was present in my dream is the important part, I think the training I gave was important. And since I have given this training before, I thought I would write it down and pass it along.
To read about being present in someone else’s dream, read this blog entry Dream Connections.
This person explained that they have been trying to make connections on the internet. This person asked why he/she hadn’t been able to make friends. Something about this dream caused me to shift into teacher mode.
I responded that our interactions with each other people are through the lenses of our I’s (see the blog Reset by Automated Responses for a more information about I’s)… Then my memory of my dream gets a little fragmented. The next thing I remember talking about is changing ourselves and comparing experiences…
We are working to turn ourselves into a glove so that God can reach into the glove and work through our body to affect this dimension (analogy courtesy of Dan T). So we don’t necessarily perform miracles or have miraculous experiences when we want to, but when God needs us to. We meditate, we move energy, we train our consciousness, we expand our governors (see the blog A New Pauduan Apprentice for more information about the governor) so that we are ready to carry out God’s will when he needs us.
Some people will compare the number or type of spiritual experiences they have had to other people’s experiences. God gives you amazing experiences when you personally need to have them. Someone else may need more experiences (or different experiences) for their development. One person may be happy and grateful and continue to do the work if they only have one incredible experience per year. Another person may require many, many fascinating events to keep them working.
The only useful comparison between people, is how much effort they put into their spiritual training. Our goal is to work at developing ourselves so that we are ready and the best conduit we can be when God needs us. So God can reach into the glove we have become, and carry out his work.

This series of articles is taken from a series of email exchanges I had with someone I was working with. This knowledge comes from Eric Pepin of the Higher Balance Institute. The brilliance is all his. The mistakes are all mine.
The Beauty of Questions Part I
The Beauty of Questions Part II
If I constantly think about prana during work, how do I concentrate on work?
Ancient beings have a saying, “The most important thing right now is the thing that is most important right now.”
If you should be focusing on work, then you should focus on work. Work earns money that pays for food, housing, a spiritual coach, Higher Balance modules, Higher Balance retreats… During meditation, you should focus on meditation. Whatever you are doing that is important, should be focused on. Works also keeps you invested in this world. If the only path to enlightenment was separation from everything in this world, you might not want to come back and work for the betterment of the world after your first enlightenment cycle.
But you can learn to be more aware at work. When you are aware you burn up less prana that you have collected. The modules “Thought Reflection” and “Reverse Engineering the Self” are all about this type of awareness.
For example, imagine boss comes to my desk and tells me that a job that was due next week has to be done six hours from now. But this job is very big and will require several days.
If I get angry at my boss then I am burning up huge amounts of prana. If I am aware of my own thoughts, I could shift into a meditation state of mind, and work at a much faster rate than a normal person. Or I could use other skills I have developed to convince my boss to add extra people.
Since starting with Higher Balance, I have solved problems at work in minutes that would take other people hours to solve. I use my meditative skills. I work in non-thought.
Non-thought does not mean there are no thoughts in your head. It means thinking without words or images in your head. It is a skill that develops when you become good a mediating for longer and longer periods without the babbler.
What is the difference between prana and The Force?
Sometimes Eric Pepin will use the same word to mean different things. Sometimes different words mean the same thing. Using words to understand things that may be outside your world of experiences can cause problems.
When you and I are communicating, we are using words. If I say the word “pencil”, I have an idea about the object that this word represents. Pencils in India may be the same as the United States or they may be a little different. But if they are a little different, then what I mean and what you think I mean is slightly different.
If I send you a picture of a pencil, it is much easier to make sure that we both have the same object in mind. But if I was talking about another type of pencil, we may not have the same object in mind.
The point is the word is not the thing we are talking about, the word is just a representation of the word. Our brain takes words in, and classifies them. Our brain puts the words in a box, based on how the brain understands the word. Eric calls that “structuralizing”.
When I talk about things that are not so physical in this dimension, it becomes much easier for you to misunderstand what I mean. That’s why you have to ask questions. Eventually the goal is to change how you think, so you do not put things in a box. Our brain can never fully understand prana. Only our higher dimensional self (the mind) can, because the mind is energy.
Prana usually means the energy around us that we collect during meditation.
The Force usually means energy coming from God (or the Universe) to have some affect in this dimension.
When we connect to our higher consciousness, people say “God is working through me” or phrased another way, “The Force is working through me.”
What is an aura? How do we see auras with our eyes?
First read the eBook “How to See the Aura in Five Minutes”. The information is actually coming from our sixth sense. The sixth sense is part of the brain, an organic sense. A sense we used to have as primitive man, but lost over time. Read the eBook “Psychokinetic (PK) Development” for more information.
The sixth sense gathers data about the energy fields that surround all people and objects. That data, for most people, is overlaid with the data from the eye. So it appears the eyes are seeing the aura, but the sixth sense, not the eye, is not the true source of the data.
I’m pretty sure this explanation is true because when I shift my consciousness, the way I see auras changes.
Most people don’t see colors when they start seeing auras. The color in auras is just more data from our sixth sense. When people practice with auras they often start to see colors. This means the sixth sense is gathering more data. Auras are full of information, but at the beginning our brain does not know how to interpret the data. So the brain adds colors. And each person’s brain will add different colors. So if I see a blue aura and you see a blue aura, it may or may not mean the same thing.

I have recently created an exercise that has helped me maintain a state of fluidity and maintain the momentum I have created in my spiritual development. I have conditioned myself so that I don’t fall asleep when I lay down on my back in my bed at bedtime. When I roll over on my side, I get tired and fall asleep. But when I am on my back, my body relaxes but my energy consciousness begins to stretch and move and flow.
My body is relaxed and supported. There is not very much physical input from my body to my mind, and the input that is there is repetitive. Very conducive to entering a trance state. I have been meditating long enough that I have some control over my babbler even when I am not meditating.
The babbler is the name for the mechanism in the brain that fills your head with a running commentary of words; “I have to do laundry tomorrow… I forgot to reply to that email from my boss at work… I hope my appointment tomorrow doesn’t run into lunchtime…” It is better, from a spiritual standpoint, to exist in a state of non-thought.
Non-thought doesn’t mean no thoughts. It means not thinking in words. Most people who live in the Western world think thought that consist of words. In many Eastern cultures, it is more common to think in images instead of words. A higher rung on the ladder of conscious thought.
The next rung up is to move to thinking with emotions. Love, anger, hate, fear… English unfortunately does not always have enough words to express to subtle details of the range of emotion without using a metaphor or description. Ancient Greek had more words to express a broader range of the kinds of love that exist. And this is still not enough words enough to express the full range of love.
Moving up a rung is thinking as energy. Using the mind instead of the brain. Thoughts become frequencies. The speed of though increases metaphorically from the speed of sound to the speed of light. The mind becomes dimensional. Consciousness expands. Thoughts become fluid. The barriers science assigns to this dimension no longer exist. Access to knowledge becomes virtually unlimited.
Now that I am laying on back, in the dark, in bed, existing in non-thought, I begin to exercise my energy. Sometime I practice remote viewing the inside of Eric Robison’s refrigerator or I may practice remote healing someone. Often I move energy with my mind. This has caused me to equate this moving energy with consciousness. My energy that has been infused with an intent, a program, has a level of consciousness.
I have learned to close my eyes and project a point of energy into the space of my room. Through my closed eyelids, I can see the spark of light build brighter and brighter as I add more and more energy. I have learned to move this conscious energy around the room, through the walls, to remote locations. Watching all the while with my closed eyes.
I realized that this energy does not have the same limitations that our brain places on our consciousness. I had been constraining my energy based on the physical perceptions of my physical body. So I have started to experiment with the size of my projected conscious energy, to make it smaller and smaller. Smaller than a pin head, smaller that a hair, smaller than a molecule, smaller than a atom, smaller than a electron… And later I worked on bigger and bigger…
I once heard that if a person could assimilate the universe, that they would reach enlightenment. I do not know if that is true, but I know experimenting with the size of energy has opened new pathways of consciousness for me.

There has been a force in my life the last three years that has caused profound change. I have not been able to define this force until recently. This force could be termed my navigator. It has changed the course of my life.
My navigator first showed up when I first found Higher Balance. I was feeling the effects of stress for the first time in my life and I searched the internet for information about meditation. I found the Higher Balance web site and it just clicked into place for me like the first few tumblers of a lock. Somehow I knew I had found something special, something meant for me, something that would ultimately change my life.
The navigator again made a course correction in my life, when I learned about the Star Reach coaching program from Higher Balance. I immediately called to sign up. A young man named Jason answered the phone and listened to my inquiry. He told me to meditate twice a day, every day and call back in one month. Exactly 30 days later I was back on the phone, begging to sign up. Another few tumblers clicked into place for the lock that is my life.
Thus began a long process of meditation, study and other energy and awareness exercises. It seems to me like the way to identify the effects of your navigator is too look at the course of your life. When the course changes, examine the events that surround that change closely. Look for the inner voice, the subtle knowing; that may be your navigator.
I haven’t really been able to identify the effects of my navigator over the next few years. I was in my spiritual apprenticeship, learning my new trade. It was just recently when there seemed to be a correction from a force that was difficult to identify. And I won’t really know for years until I look back and see if this was a pivotal moment, a course correction in my life. I had a dream that felt “paranormal”.
I always try to classify my dreams as normal or paranormal. There seems to be a difference. And one has to experience and remember a number of paranormal dreams to have enough data to tell the difference. The difference for me seems to express itself a different “feeling” or “frequency”.
In a recent dream, the form of Eric Pepin showed up, the night after I had a long discussion with another student of Higher Balance. I have been around Eric enough to identify his frequency. It is very powerful and very unique. Easy to be aware of when you are familiar with the frequency. In my dream, it looked like Eric was there, and it felt like Eric, but it was a very weak signal. Like it was an “echo” of Eric. This Eric Pepin echo told me not to let myself be affected by this student’s ideas and not to talk to this person again.
I believe that is paranormal dream was my navigator stepping in to protect from following the wrong course. And I also believe that my navigator took the form of Eric Pepin because my navigator knew I would listen to Eric Pepin. I may not ever know if I am right about this, but then again, maybe I will.
