Most people don’t ask enough questions. Maybe they are afraid. I don’t know. When you progress as a spiritual being, your questions hit higher and higher levels. When you ask higher level questions, the Universe finds a way to get your questions answered.
Also there is a very interesting rule in the Universe, which some knowledge can only be given when it is asked about. This prevents higher knowledge from reaching students who aren’t yet ready.
How difficult was it for you to keep out the babbler, when you started with Foundation?
I actually still have problems with the babbler sometimes. But I also have profound mediations sometimes too. It just depends. Silencing the babbler is a skill that takes time to learn.
Like learning to write beautiful music. First you learn the mechanics of the process. Then you practice. Eventually you reach a point in time, where you don’t think about it anymore, the music just flows out of you. Only practice and experience can get you to this point. Many musicians never reach this point. They don’t have the discipline to practice enough.
Meditation is like this. I have been meditating for 3 years now and this last year has been when I have seen some really great leaps ahead. But don’t compare to me or to others. Just practice, practice, practice.
And don’t beat yourself up, when the babbler shows up. Tell yourself something like, “Thank you, babbler, for reminding me I wasn’t paying attention.” and go back to focusing on the touch.
One trick I tried was to put an analgesic heat rub like Ben-gay or Icy Hot on my fingers to help me focus. The heat rub creates this feeling of heat on your skin.
This led to a really amazing meditation for me, but it only worked one time. However, all my meditations were better after that.
How do I take the knowledge in Foundation and some basic modules like “The Ties that Bind”, “The Struggle to Awaken” and “Unveiled” that I have understand in a intellectual level and hit the next level?
What you and I are actually doing here is redesigning our brains. Creating new connections. Evolution.
There are many, many more levels to hit. Eventually after a few years, you move away from understanding every detail in your brain. Some things are so complex, that they can only be understood by your higher consciousness.
I can still go back to those three modules you listed and gain new information. And I have heard those three modules probably 30 times each.
I recommend meditate two times per day. 25 to 35 minutes each time. Listen to the modules you have often. Maybe 15-30 minutes every day. AND think about the modules a lot. Talking walks can be a great way to reflect on this knowledge. It is like a seed inside of you. And the more attention you give it, is like water to this knowledge. It will grow.
The other thing you need to do is finish school, and start working. So you can buy other modules. You will get bored with the ones you have. The brain always needs new stimulation.
Purchasing the book Bending God is also an inexpensive way to access more knowledge. It is not very expensive and it is loaded from material from over 15 classes. It is 570 pages long and has lots of good stories about Eric Pepin.
What does Eric Pepin mean when he says, “It is all in the details”?
It means exactly what it says. Every detail of your life is important. Every detail of your understanding is important.
I know people who confused one single thing from Foundation and literally got stuck. Absolutely no progress. Until someone found the problem and made them aware of it.
How you live, how your house is arranged, what your job is like, what your social life is like, what your family is like, how healthy you are. Every detail in your life affects you. These affects can either be positive or negative.
Even now after almost 3 years, I am still making profound changes in how I live my life.
Having a spiritual coach is what I recommend to help find the things that hold you back as a spiritual being and turn change them from negative to positive.
“Thought equals energy, energy equals frequency, and this frequency grants access to higher dimensions” – Eric Pepin. Can you explain this?
I wrote about thoughts being energy in another blog. See Be the Spider.
People’s thoughts do not exist just in their head.
When people start meditating, they often have someone they think about call them on the phone right. Or they have friends from their past, come back their life.
When people think, their thoughts are transmitted in the form of energy. As you learn to meditate, you gain energy. So your thoughts become more powerful and affect other people more.
Here is a blog I wrote about broadcasting emotions: Energetic Broadcast of Emotions
The second part of your question about frequency and access is very complicated. For now I will just say, as you gain energy you can do more things, access more places. But it is more complicated that that.
Can you tell me some of the difficulties and challenges you faced when you started to practice and integrate Eric Pepin’s teachings, so that I can be aware of them?
I keep a journal and I have over 900 pages of notes since I started. There are so many things.
The real answer is everyone is different and unique. We all face on own challenges. And no two are exactly the same.
There are some similar problems that people hit after a few years. But at the beginning, it varies so much.
At the beginning the key is effort, effort, effort. If you were going to go the gym and become a body builder what would you have to do?
Go to the gym every day. Get a trainer. Eat the best possible diet you can.
We are just doing the spiritual version. It’s actually very much the same, but without bulging muscles.
I was having lunch at the park today with my wife and daughter. In was a beautiful sunny day and the heat of summer is now behind us. As we were eating and talking, I began to wonder if I could see auras on the trees surrounding us. The sun was glinting off the leaves creating a magical fairy land out the city I live in. I was perfectly at peace.
Seeing auras is often one of the first things taught to new spiritual students. You can learn to see auras on your own by reading “How to See the Aura in Five Minutes”.
It is one of the best ways to show someone something they can perceive that is outside of normal reality. Most people can learn to do it very quickly. And the more you practice the better you get. I know someone who worked on seeing auras everyday for three hours for three months.
I have on occasion seen auras on trees, fence posts and the planet but I have never been able to see them at will. Just when random chance causes me to hit the perfect state of mind. But today I had a feeling that I now I could see them at will. A new key had been added to my spiritual key chain.
While I was conversing with my wife, I found a tree truck nearby that had a bright white wall in the distance behind it. The sun was reflecting off the white wall creating great contrast with the bark. I now know that the eyes are not used for seeing auras, but that sixth sense data is overlaid with the visual data from the eye creating a composite. So focusing harder with your eyes doesn’t bring the aura more into view. In fact it is almost the reverse process, relaxing your eyes so that the data can come through.

Remaining in a state of non-thought is also required. While my eyes were watching the space around the tree, I had to move my awareness into the space around tree. It’s almost like my energy field reached out to experience the energy field around the tree. And since I was also looking with my eyes, BANG, the aura appeared. To me it felt like assimilating the energy field around the tree.
And as I moved inside the aura, data began to flow from the tree’s energy field to my consciousness. The data was causing my consciousness to shift to a higher state, a meditative like state. Eventually I had to bring my consciousness back down so I could continue to talk with my wife, but now I know I can recreate this experience anytime I want. The universe has given me another profound gift to be forever grateful for.
Another story from the Higher Balance Mt. Hood retreat. Thursday night our instructor held class in downtown Portland. The schedule had been thrown off that day so we didn’t meet up until around 8:15 pm in front of the Portland Art Museum. Our instructor explained a bit about remote viewing and then told us we were going to play a game called Remote Viewing tag. The whole explanation plus the rules probably took less than ten minutes. I think our instructor didn’t want to over explain and cause us to think about it to much.
The rules are simple. Pair up, each person with a cell phone. One person is the “sender” to start, and the other person the “receiver”. The sender finds a location in town that had some interesting aspects. Then the sender calls the receiver and tells him “ready” and hangs up. The receiver goes into the zone, tunes into the sender, and tries to perceive what ever is around him or her. The receiver basically writes down whatever pops into his or her head. After five minutes or so, the receiver calls the sender and relays each piece of information. The sender compares the information to his local and rates each piece of information as a “hit” or a “miss”. Then switch roles and repeat.
We had an hour for the first round and told us to meet at Starbucks in Pioneer Square after an hour. Tom and I were paired up and the instructor loaned his cell phone to Tom. I had played around with more formal Remote Viewing before but this was different. Tom agreed to be the sender first. When Tom found a spot he called and reported, “Ready.”
I sat down, relaxed, did some deep breathing, and went into the zone. Then I sent my awareness out to search for Tom. I thought I could sense him, but I never really know. Then imagined my awareness moving out in front of him. A feeling popped into my mind that felt like a street, so on the back of my map, I sketched a picture and wrote down “street – front”. The act of writing down the words kicked me back out of the right state of mind, so I had to go back in. When I thought I sensed Tom again, I had an intention to move in front of him and move slowly to his left. Now I had the feeling of a tall brick building, so I stopped and wrote down “tall brick bldg – left”. Each time the act of articulating the words and writing them down, pulled me back and I had to re-establish the connection. Next I sensed a small patch of grass to Tom’s left. Then I sensed a big building behind Tom. Finally after moving my awareness completely around Tom in counter-clockwise circle, I sensed a parking meter to his right. And I wrote that down. I ended up with a picture looking down on Tom from above with words labeling the objects. The whole process lasted about five minutes.

I had no idea at this point if my data was good or my imagination. But things just kept appearing in my brain, as if from nowhere. Of course it’s not a big stretch for my imagination to guess, “Tall brick building” in downtown Portland, but to place it on Tom’s left adds more specificity.
I called Tom and started reading from my notes. After I relayed each piece of information, Tom said “hit”. Tom rated all five as hits. He was amazed and so was I. Then it was my turn to be sender.
My next turn as receiver included, “vertical pole – right”, “big blue round ball – front”, “stones – underfoot”, “white block – left”, “open – behind” and “concrete bldg – right” and included a top view drawing. This time I could tell that I was getting actually data because I could identify the feeling now. I was also getting better at moving my point of awareness around Tom. This time Tom rated me as six hits of six.

Then it was Tom’s turn again. On my last turn as receiver I knew I was going to have to remain in non-thought. Otherwise the fact that I hadn’t missed yet would cause my brain to step in and spoil the data. I had the following data: “octagon shape – on ground in front”, “octagon is brass”, “brass wide edge”, “picture inside brass”, “red stones – surround brass”, “curb – right”, and “large glass window in bldg – right”. Tom assigned all seven as hits, but listening to Tom on the phone, I would have only assigned five. The octagon was a round brass bowl with bushes inside. The interesting part is Tom was hiding inside the brass bowl under the bushes and trying to “scramble his frequency” to mess me up.

An interesting class and a good way to expand my governor about what is possible and what is real. Another life changing experience for me. I will be forever grateful to the universe for this experience.
August 23, 2007. Last week I was at a Higher Balance retreat at a cabin near Mt. Hood. During the third day, the morning after our first class, the five of us attending decided to meditate as a group. We didn’t even know the rule of thumb then about alternating male/female, so Tom and I were next to each other with the 3 women on other side of the circle. We had already had some great experiences and were really starting to bond as a group.

I started the music and sat down to begin relaxation and visualizing prana. The song changed and I moved on to my lower chakra. I don’t remember anything special while focusing on my lower chakra. Another song change and I moved on to my heart charka. All of a sudden I could feel Anne’s heart chakra and even visualize it. It was like a bright white sun of energy inside her chest. I could move my awareness around the room and see her heart chakra from different angles. Then I saw and felt beam of energy move out of Anne to Tom’s heart chakra. Then his heart charka lit up like a ball of energy. I could see in my mind’s eye a dumbbell with glowing weights on each end. The bar/beam of light was like fiber optic cable passing information at a speed to fast for the eye to see.
Then the beam extended from Tom to my heart chakra. And my heart chakra lit up. Now there were three glowing suns of light and energy connected by a glowing pipe transmitting information and energy. And then the beam continued to move from me to Nancy and Nancy to Alisha. Eventually our heart chakras were all balls of energy at the points of a pentagon, the five sides the connections between us. I could view pentagon from anywhere in the room. I could rotate my awareness around and look at it from different angles. I went inside one of the beams of energy and viewed the pentagon from the inside. I traveled down the conduits of energy around the circle.

And then I could see the pentagon become pentagram. The interior connections were made between our heart chakras. Energy was pulsing between all of us. My mind was taking in all this information but I was only observing, remaining in non-thought. Not at all excited by what I was seeing/feeling/visualizing.

Then the song changed and it was time to move to my mind chakra. As soon as I switched, I jumped. Now my awareness was zooming over the frozen tundra. I thought I saw a polar bear but it was hard to tell. I would estimate that I was about 100 feet over the frozen ice traveling at a few hundred miles per hour. Then I sped up and moved rapidly up into space. I could see that I had been over North Eastern Canada. Now I was orbiting the planet in a polar orbit, seeing the entire planet from space.
Then orange lines of energy started to draw themselves around the planet. Creating this great grid of energy. With larger dots or vortexes of energy at certain points on the planet. Then…
RIINNNGGGG… the phone rang and my awareness slammed back into my body. I opened my eyes and looked around. No one else was moving so I got up and answered the phone. I went outside so as to not disturb the others. It was one of our instructors with instructions for class that night. After hanging up I returned to the group and sat and watched and waited for the song to end so I could turn the stereo down. And I reveled in the new experience that I had just witnessed. The universe is a wonderful and beautiful place.
